retainer 

nonrefundable retainer is required in order to book the session - reserve the date and lock the prices. The retainer is counted towards the final balance. 

cancellation 

cancellation notice of 72h is required in order to honor the retainer towards another session scheduled within 6 months from the day the session has been canceled. "no show" to the session results in the lost of the retainer.

*outdoor sessions might be rescheduled in the event of the rain, 

lateness 

it's highly recommended and appreciated to plan the arrival accordingly to the time scheduled based on the distance, traffic, etc. Any lateness might affect the time assigned to the session. lateness of time equaled to half of the session might result in the session being cancelled.
